Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Banana Protein Shake
3/4 C milk (or dairy alternative)
3 ice cubes
1/2 banana (mine is usually frozen)
2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder
1 TB peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/4 avocado
1 TB chia or flax seeds, optional
2 raw eggs or 1 serving of protein powder (I use THIS one sweetened with stevia)
stevia, to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and tasty!
